We are bringing back our Annual In-House Competition.  We would like to invite you to participate in the upcoming “Triple Threat Throwdown" taking place on Saturday, June 25, 2022.

Everyone is welcome to participate but space is limited! This will be a Teams of 3 Competition with a MIX of three fitness levels on one team. There will be movement standards as a baseline for each of the three divisions. Deadline to sign up with your team is May 30th. If you are interested in competing but can’t find a team, email the event coordinator at [email protected].

WHEN: SATURDAY, JUNE 25, 2022 - Starts at 9:00 AM - Ends at 2:00 PM

WHAT: In-House Team Competition for all of our members. There will be three levels Beginner, Intermediate and Rx. Each team of three will be made up of a Novice, Intermediate, and Rx athlete. Form your own team, each member will sign up for their level and you cannot change your level once signed up. Teams are same gendered. 

LEVELS: There will be three different levels of experience - Rx, Intermediate, Novice. The standards will be posted in the event details. 

PRIZES: Will be awarded to the Overall 1st, 2nd and 3rd place teams 

FOOD: Post competition catering will be added into your registration fee, but sides and drinks are welcome!!

Cost: $69.00 per person which includes an event t-shirt and post event food
